How long does a typical repair take?
Most cleaning services are done same-day. Screen replacements and part swaps usually take 1–2 business days. Complex repairs may take longer — I'll always give you an honest timeline upfront.
Do I need to book an appointment?
No appointment needed — however, because we do not have a physical location, contact is required before dropping off any item for service or repair. Reach out first so we can arrange a convenient time and location for your drop-off.
What if my device can't be repaired?
If I can't fix it, you won't be charged for the repair — only the $30 diagnostic fee (which is credited toward the repair if we proceed).
Do you source your own parts?
Yes, I source quality replacement parts. For some upgrades (RAM, SSD, GPU), you can supply your own parts and I'll handle the labour.
